Rosanne S. Prim

About the Founder

Rosanne has multiple years of experience in food and drug policy, health insurance, and management consulting. In 2019, she founded FoodLawyerBlog to further pursue and share her passion for food and drug policy. This eventually transformed into Clean Plate Law, LLC, a regulatory consulting firm focused on the intersection of food and health.

Rosanne currently teaches about Regulatory Affairs for Food and Medical Devices at Northeastern University's College of Professional Studies. She is a licensed attorney in the District of Columbia and soon to be in Massachusetts (pending score transfer). She is also currently a Visiting Scholar with MSU's Global Food Law program.

Prior to CPL and Northeastern, Rosanne was a Provider Group Manager with Tufts Health Plan, where she acted as a liaison to provider organizations to drive clinical and financial improvement through a consultative approach, as well as collaborated with internal executives from clinical, population health, risk adjustment, pharmacy, contracting, and actuarial to develop provider-specific performance improvement strategies. From 2016 to 2018 Rosanne was a Management Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Rosanne holds a BA in Experimental Psychology from the Honors College at the University of South Carolina, cum laude, and JD from The University of South Carolina School of Law.
